Ian became an agent in 2015 after becoming interested in real estate investing. The following year we purchased a duplex in Gig Harbor. This was a project to say the least! Over the course of a year we did a full remodel to one side while living in the other. We later moved into the renovated side and started to rent out the other. This is called house hacking and can be very powerful! There are lots of fun stories that go along with this process that we thoroughly enjoy sharing - so don’t hesitate to ask! We’ve since built a small investment portfolio with 5 rentals. We are passionate about sharing how you can make real estate work for you too.
